Pneumatic conveying
Side channel blowers are used in pneumatic conveying to move polymers, held in aerodynamic suspension in a flow of gas, which flows at a certain speed.
Handling of a product – in vacuum
The blower is used to convey polymers from one silo to another. In the production process of plastics different types of polymers are used which are mixed together.

Polymers drying and dehumidification
The blower is used to dry the polymers preparing them for the subsequent stages of processing.
Polymer drying
The blower is used inside the dehumidifiers to create hot air that dries the polymers by eliminating any residual water contained within them, ensuring a quality finished product (free of water bubbles and inefficiencies).

Processing of plastics
The pump is used to inject waxes and lubricating agents into plastic material processing processes.
Dosage of waxes, lubricants and flame retardants
The metering pump is used to inject waxes, lubricating agents, flame retardants and catalysts necessary in compounding processes in the processing of plastics. The derived plastic compounds are then used in plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, blow molding or extrusion.

Transport of processing scraps
The fan is used to transport processing waste.
Recovery of scraps
The fan is used as a mill to transport the ground processing waste. The scraps are then reused in the creation of new products.
