Pneumatic conveying
Side channel blowers are used in pneumatic conveying to move a certain product, held in aerodynamic suspension in a flow of gas, at a certain speed.
In compression applications
In this configuration the blower is used for conveying raw materials necessary for the production of drugs such as powders and granules from a single point to several points.
In suction applications
In this configuration the blower is used to convey raw materials necessary for the production of drugs such as powders and granules from several points to a single point.

Drying systems
In drying systems, Effepizeta’s side channel blowers are used to remove drops of water or condensation, generated during the washing process and sanitizing of products.
Liquid drops and condensation removal
The product passes inside a drying tunnel in which the blowers generate a flow of hot air which, through a series of nozzles adjustable in height, depth and inclination, remove the droplets of liquid and condensation from the product. Thanks to the drying it is possible to proceed with the subsequent stages of processing.
The blowers can also be used in combination with Effepizeta’s Windblade ™ air knives.
Drying systems are also used in the sectors: Food & Beverage and Metalworking and Mining.

Effepizeta side channel blowers are used in wheeled or centralized suction systems to clean environments.
Suction of dusty or contaminating substances
The blower is used to suck dusty substances dispersed into the environment during processing, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness on production lines, departments and on processing and packaging machinery.

Production of active principles
The dosing pump is used to dose sensitive fluids and agents necessary for the production of active ingredients, pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, organic acids, amino acids and enzymes.
Pharmaceutical fermentation
The pump is used to dose sensitive fluids such as aromas, enzymes and additives that allow the aerobic and anaerobic fermentation of the products.
Cosmetic fermentation
The pump is used to dose agents that allow the fermentation of natural ingredients used to produce green masks, creams, oils and detergents.

Suction of polluted air
The fan is used at high flow rates and at low pressure to extract polluted air rich in grainy particles, purifying it.
Our solutions
The fans suitable for this application are GPR built in AISI and complete with filter. In areas at risk of explosion Arivent guarantees ATEX certified fans.

Air treatment systems
The fan is used to dry the air and bring it to the ideal temperature for storing medicines.
Air drying
The fan is used in suction to reduce humidity and increase the temperature in production environments or inside the warehouses where drugs are stored.
