For almost 50 years, FPZ products have guaranteed its customers excellent performance and high resistance, all combined with an excellent service that offers quick deliveries thanks to the company organization based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing and an after-sales service, the Flow Global Support, able to assist FPZ customers throughout the product lifecycle.
In the current economic-technological context, however, it is not enough to offer excellent products. It is necessary to support customers in the definition, design and implementation of customized systems and services that can solve explicit problems expressed by the customers themselves or latent needs that emerge after a careful analysis of the application by FPZ personnel. For this reason the FPZ Special Projects Division was born; a streamlined structure able to simplify the lives of our customers thanks to personalized services and systems.

Contact with the customer, analysis of the situation and collection of technical and commercial specifications.

ANALYSES
Feasibility analysis and close interaction with the customer to define a shared solution from a technical, commercial and intellectual property point of view.

PROTOTYPE
Design and construction of the first prototype.

APPROVAL
Customer approval and implementation of “series” production.

Activation of the Flow Global Support™ service.

No one knows more than the end user the specific application and the critical issues associated with it. For this reason, FPZ wants to study how to solve applications alongside its customers, making its skills available. with those of the end users through a co-design action and activating a virtuous circle that will bring benefits to all the players involved.
