To ensure rigorous adherence to contractual performance, we perform performance tests in compliance with the AMCA 210 standard upon request. These validated checks scientifically analyze flow rate, static pressure, absorbed power, and efficiency. High aerodynamic yields
We use industrial centrifugal fans with backward-curved or airfoil blade profiles to achieve mechanical efficiencies up to 86% in larger sizes. The extremely small clearance between the nozzle and the impeller inlet maximizes aerodynamic efficiency, optimizing energy consumption and ensuring superior performance even in intensive working conditions.
Maximum silence and low vibrations
The construction of our industrial ventilation fan systems focuses on reducing acoustic impact through turned nozzles and accurate assemblies. Low mechanical vibrations and the use of sound-absorbing linings or silencers dimensioned during the design phase guarantee compliance with current sound pressure limits, significantly improving environmental ergonomics in industrial plants.
Wide construction range and configurations
The offering includes 15 fan families with 23 available diameters and 16 different air flow orientations. We offer direct-driven or belt-driven versions, with single or double suction possibilities. This modularity allows for the configuration of machines ideal for transporting corrosive, abrasive gases or those at high temperatures.
Wide range of performance
Our systems cover flow rates up to 150 m³/sec and pressures up to 20 kPa, making them suitable for the most complex industrial processes. We design fans capable of operating at operating temperatures up to 800°C, using increased sheet metal thicknesses and transmission components with widely precautionary safety margins.
