Vacuum tables for cutting
The side channel blower is used to keep the fabrics to be cut still with precision and speed.
Fixing the material
The blower contained inside the vacuum table is used in vacuum to create a void inside the air chamber below the slotted surface, blocking the holes. Since the fabric is a breathable product, a cellophane is spread over it that prevents the passage of air, thus ensuring the fixing of the material. The fabric is cut automatically by software-controlled cutting heads.

Circular machine for socks
The side channel blower is used inside the circular sewing machines to convey the socks produced inside a collector.
Handling of socks
The circular machines with the help of needles and threads form the sock; which is carried in a binder. The pneumatic conveying process takes place via a side channel aspirator.

Side channel blowers are used inside sewing machines to keep products still in all stages of processing.
Fixing of the material – in vacuum
The blower is used in vacuum to keep the product still, to which glues can be applied and elements such as cuffs, collars, pockets or belts can be trimmed and sewn.

The side channel blower is used inside the frames for cleaning the components.
Cleaning of pliers
The blower is used in vacuum to clean the 2 grippers used for the passage of the weft from one side of the frame to the other from residues of dust and threads, which takes place 300 to 800 times per minute.

Fabric printing
The pump is used for washing fabrics at the end of the molding cycle.
Dosage of detergents and chemicals
The pump is used in industrial washing machines to inject chemicals and detergents allowing the washing of fabrics after the molding process.

Tanning and dyeing of leather
The dosing pump is used to dose the dye in the tanning and dyeing treatments of leathers.
Dye dosage
The pump is used to inject colorant into the drums. The leathers, which are immersed in aqueous solutions at high temperatures inside the drums, are impregnated with color evenly.
