Industrial vacuum cleaners
The side channel blower is used in wheeled or centralized suction systems to clean environments and machine tools.
Suction of dusty or contaminating substances
The blower is used to suck shavings, welding fumes, oils, and dusty substances dispersed into the environment during processing, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness on production lines, departments and on processing machinery.

Galvanic Treatments
Blowers are used in galvanic treatment plants for handling liquids in process tanks.
Agitation of liquids
The blower is used to blow the air from the bottom of the tank and create a mild agitation of the galvanic bath, favoring the replacement of the solution on the piece to be treated and contributing to the deposit of the liquids that will give shape to the finished product.

Drying systems for metal parts
Blowers are used on washing tunnels for metal components (such as screws, bolts, brake supports, pipes, casings, etc.) to pre-dry the pieces between one treatment cycle and the next or before drying.
Drying of metal parts
The blowers are used to dry and remove drops of liquid and condensation from small metal parts.

Galvanic Treatments
The pumps are used in galvanic treatment plants to inject different types of substances.
Neutralization of ph
The pumps are used in the galvanic bath to neutralize the pH by injecting acids, toxic and corrosive liquids necessary for the processing of small metal parts.

Metal production
The fan is used in the production of metals on different types of plants: RTO, galvanizing and pickling with specific objectives.
Transportation of materials
The fan recovers the materials used for the production of metals (sand, acids, etc.), conveying them to the burners which converts them into energy that can be used in subsequent processing.
Metal drying
The fan is used in ovens to heat and move the air in order to remove residual drops and condensation from metals after processing. If the systems are of modest size, the FPZ blower can be used as an alternative.
Air purification and expulsion
The fan is used in suction to transport the air charged with pollutants to the regenerative thermal combustor which returns it to the purified environment.
Our solutions
The fans are equipped with a radial blade or tip impeller ideal for transporting metals and are often equipped with a titanium nut coating to be more resistant to corrosion processes. The fans of the G and MR series are the most suitable for that type of work.

Air treatment
The fan is used to purify the air in the mine.
Neutralization of powders
The fan sucks the air in the mine with dust particles, allowing them to be removed. This treatment is necessary on construction sites to maintain a healthy work environment for operators and avoid serious damage to machinery.
Our solutions
Arivent fans for air treatment are mainly used on the surface according to the ATEX Group II directive.
