The applications of FPZ products in the pulp paper and printing industry

Paper cutting
The side channel blower is used to suck away the sparks generated during the sharpening of the blades avoiding direct contact with the paper.
Elimination of sparks – in vacuum
The blower is used near the grinding wheels to suck away the sparks produced by the sharpening of the blades that allow the cutting of the paper reels.

The family of blowers used for the suction of sparks are the MS in MOR configuration.

Cleaning of the rollers
The side channel blower is used to suck away the solvents used in cleaning the rollers.
Suction of solvents
The blower is used to suck away the nebulized solvents for the routine cleaning of the rollers on the printing lines. The solvents are then led to a special filter which condenses them and expels them from the system.

Drying of the stickers
The side channel blower is used to dry the adhesives following the coating phase.
Adhesive drying – in compression
The blower is used in combination with the Windblade™ air knife inside the ovens to keep the air temperature high and dry the adhesives after the coating phase.

Adhesive films and profiles
The side channel blower is used to adhere decorative films to adhesive profiles.
Decoration of adhesive profiles
The blower is used inside an oven to create a vacuum allowing the decorative film to adhere to the profile. The design on the film is then imprinted on the surface.

Recovery of shavings and powders
The side channel blower is used in paper mills to suck up chip and dust residues.
Suction of shavings and dust
The blower is used in paper mills to suck up the various process residues, such as shavings and dust, keeping the environment clean and free of dust which is harmful to operators.

For the suction of shavings and dust MS blowers are used in MOR configuration.

Waste water treatment
The metering pump is used for the treatment of waste water from the paper industry where there are pollutants, colloids, fibers, chlorides and sulphates.
Dosing of chemicals
The pump is used to dose flocculants, defoamers and biocides into the water to eliminate pollutants, reducing the environmental impact.
Preparation of products
The stirrer is used to mix and prepare the chemicals to be injected into the water.

The agitator is used inside the tanks containing water to keep the crumbled wood floating.

Recovery of printing solvents
The fans are used in the printing industry service plants to recover solvents.
Recovery of solvents
The centrifugal fan is used to recover the emissions generated by the printing and lamination processes. The air flow generated by the fan carries the solvents to the blast chillers where they are treated to be reused as ink in printing processes.
Our solutions
The fans suitable for this application are the S, R and P series: fitted with PTFE gaskets in order not to disperse polluting gases into the environment.

Abatement of volatile organic substances
The fan is used to support the catalytic blast chiller to remove the “VOC” volatile organic compounds.
Removal of volatile organic substances
The fan is used to move the air and transport the VOCs to the catalytic blast chillers.

The S, R and P series are used for the abatement of the “VOCs”. The fans are fitted with PTFE gaskets, in order not to disperse polluting gases into the environment.

The fan is used to make the working environment in the paper mill clean and healthy .

The fan is used in suction to remove shavings and dust from the working environment.
