The packaging applications of FPZ products.
The FPZ side channel blowers find their use in the following fields of application:
- Drying systems for products and packaging before and after packaging
- Pick & Place
- Packaging machines: drying products / labels
- Packaging machines: lifting products
Drying systems for products and packaging before and after packaging
In drying systems, FPZ side channel blowers are used to remove drops of water or condensation, generated during the food washing and cleaning processes.
Liquid drops removal
The blowers are used in combination with Windblade™ Air Knife, to dry and completely remove liquid drops from the product, making it easier to label and handle.
Condensation removal
In addition, the blowers generate a hot air flow that removes the condensation from bottles thanks to a series of nozzles, adjustable in height, depth and inclination.

Pick & Place
The side channel blower is used inside pneumatic manipulators allowing to carry out the picking and positioning of the product.
Withdrawal of the product
The blower is used in suction inside the gripping system of the pneumatic manipulators, creating a negative pressure that provides the force necessary to pick up the product.
Product positioning
The blower is used to release the objects previously picked up.

Packaging machines: drying products/labels
In product packaging machines, the blower is used to dry the material.
Product drying
The side channel blower is used inside the packaging machines to dry the product at the end of the processing stages. Proper drying is essential to ensure quality packaging and avoid damage to the packaging due to any residual drops or condensation.

Packaging machines: lifting products
In product packaging machines the blower is used to lift materials.
Lifting the product
The blower is used in suction inside the packaging machines to allow the continuous cycle lifting of the products, ensuring the normal carrying out of the packaging processes.
