Lean Thinking, the way to ensure business continuity during the COVID-19 emergency

In the midst of the Covid-19 epidemic, FPZ SPA has found the way to ensure business continuity.
This was possible thanks to the flexibility offered by:
- “lean culture” a methodology that the company has embraced for many years
- commitment to problem solving
- determination to always have an emergency plan ready
These elements have allowed the company to communicate quickly with suppliers and enable internal measures to guarantee production continuity.
FPZ SPA is aware of the importance of the role it plays in this unprecedented health crisis. The company offers fundamental products for the production chain without which it would be difficult to supply primary goods. For this reason FPZ SPA has chosen, even in this critical period, to continue learning and improving.
