MAY 27, 2021 – From 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022, FPZ side channel blowers will be used within the installation of TOLO Green, Technical Partner of the Commissariat, present in the Italian Pavilion of EXPO 2020 in Dubai.

TOLO Green, fpz’s historical customer, is setting up 5 large microalghe cultivation tanks for the treatment of part of the spoiled air of the internal exhibition structure called “Belvedere”.

Photosynthetic plant organisms feed on carbon dioxide, for them an important carbon substrate, transforming it into oxygen reducing the environmental impact of the main responsible for the greenhouse effect.

For the operation of the air circuit of the grow tanks, 3 K04MS MOR side channel blowers will be used with the task of:
• vacuum the spoiled air and make it gurgling in the algal culture,
• allow algae to transform carbon dioxide into oxygen.
